## Experience

### Founder — Flux Inc. (2007–now)

- Grew a medical-imaging integration company into products serving thousands of facilities, sold through large instrument vendors and hospital networks.
- Lead company-wide AI adoption: model-governance design, the agent runtime and context tooling (Clawdapus, cllama, My AI), and supervised support drafting.
- Design and code systems while leading product direction, sales, contracts, regulatory work, hiring and mentoring.

### Co-founder — Influx (By 2010)

- Built the clinical product from intake and scheduling through reporting, billing and financial reconciliation, with the workflows around them.
- Designed branding and marketing, ran trade shows and sales channels; board-level work.

### Production systems lead — Flux Inc. / Yellow Pages project (2009–2011)

- Built and managed high-volume website and media-production workflows: intake, copy, design, staffing, quality checks and delivery.
- Ran change control, quality assurance, capacity planning and staff training as the production mix changed.

### Research computing — University of Toronto · Affect and Cognition Lab (2000s)

- Research computing, imaging and experimental systems for cognitive neuroscience; mathematics of early facial-expression machine-learning experiments with Hinton-lab students.

### Medical reporting software and IT — Aymes Medical (1995–2004)

- Medical reporting software, installation, IT management and support; earlier, business databases at Hess Packaging (1995–1996).

## Selected projects

- **Agent context and orchestration** (2026): Clawdapus (agent deployment with explicit tools and runtime contracts), cllama (context, memory, managed tools, policy hooks), My AI (company knowledge and policy in the workspace), Talking Stick, RailsTrail, Gnit. — [clawdapus.dev](https://clawdapus.dev/?utm_source=resume&utm_medium=markdown&utm_campaign=career) · [my-cli.com](https://my-cli.com/?utm_source=resume&utm_medium=markdown&utm_campaign=career) · [github.com/mostlydev](https://github.com/mostlydev?utm_source=resume&utm_medium=markdown&utm_campaign=career)
- **[Clinical delivery and reliability](https://mostlydev.com/work/?utm_source=resume&utm_medium=markdown&utm_campaign=career#era-reliability)**: Created DICOM Capacitor and contributed to DICOM Printer 2: distributed image delivery, reconciliation, redundancy and recovery in hospital environments.
- **[Product design and rollout](https://mostlydev.com/work/?utm_source=resume&utm_medium=markdown&utm_campaign=career#era-products)**: Radiology reporting software with a clinical rollout plan (training, test exams, paper fallback, acceptance); product ownership from proposal to handoff.
